January 20, 2017 Through March 17, 2017
Join artist and Kundalini Yoga Teachers Navneet and Hari Kirin Kaur Khalsa on an 8-week journey. Relax and connect more deeply with the peace and inner guidance that lies within. Each week we will explore a different topic:
- Creating a Space To Nurture Ourselves
- Get Calm & Grounded
- Create a Sense of Ease in Our Body
- Just As We Are
- Let Go of Perfectionism
- Discover What is Essential
- Trust Our Inner Guidance
Each Monday you will receive a video containing a Kundalini Yoga set and a guided healing art activity chosen to support you to resolve your fear and to gain ease and joy. Both the yoga set and the art activity will be simple. You will also receive something to inspire and nurture you that centers around the weekly theme. Examples include a meditation or other practices to help you sleep, recipes to help ground you, and other activities to support you to deepen your healing journey.
We invite you to share your art work & your thoughts with the group. You will also have access to Hari Kirin and Navneet’s support, feedback and guidance. We are planning several webinars where you will be able to connect in real time.
